Tom & T. M. Nicholas at the Cape Ann Museum

The wonderful Nicholas exhibition has opened at Cape Ann Museum, with a representative collection of paintings from an artistic dynasty of father and son, Tom and T. M. Nicholas. A large crowd turned out for the opening event, with many of the collectors and admirers of these two local painters in attendance. The Nicholas’ artistic visions capture the special essence of Cape Ann and New England. But scenes painted in Hong Kong, France and Italy are also exquisite. This is a large exhibition which you will want to view more than once. Usually 15 paintings per visit is a good limit to avoid visual overload.
