Rubbish to Runway

Last night at Lynn Arts, the “Rubbish to Runway” fashion show absolutely Rocked! All outfits were made of recycled materials, and so ingenious and well-made they would have easily been standouts on Tim Gunn’s Project Runway. This annual event is Elizabeth Rose’s fundraiser for Long Way Home, a non-profit that builds schools in Guatemala. Previously held in Newburyport for many years, we think the Galleries at Lynn Arts is THE home for this creative event, in a town where the arts are helping reinvigorate the town.
