Racket Shreve Open House

Last night Racket Shreve, one of the North Shore's most enduring and collected artists, opened his eponymous studio for the annual sale of his wonderful paintings and drawings, many marine inspired. His studio, located on fabled Chestnut Street in Salem, is an experience as artistic as his artwork, with its unique assemblage of artifacts and curios made beautiful by Racket's eye for composition. Pricing starts at $40 for small, unframed watercolors, and up, with an average of $500 to $800 for exquisite framed originals.
