The Art House in Gloucester
A new venue in the Cape Ann Art Scene is a magnificent edifice designed and built by Nicholas Shaplyko (Kolya) and Ekaterina Sorokina (Katya), husband and wife. Nicholas, an architect, envisioned a structure made of natural wood and large windows that would merge the surrounding nature with the living space interior. Frank Lloyd Wright is Kolya's architectural inspiration.
COSMOS welcomes this new and intense star to the Cape Ann Cultural Constellation.
19 Old Salem Road, Gloucester. Private home, invitations forthcoming.
